Newcap Inc. - Client Support Specialist
Location(s): Shawano
The Client Service Coach is responsible for providing crisis services to clients at Newcap. This position is responsible for providing Housing and Urban Development (HUD) services, working with street outreach programs, providing advocacy, Coordinated Entry, and intake processing. Additionally, they will assist in planning, developing and organizing outreach events that raise visibility and create relationships with clients and community agencies. Crisis Mitigation Coaches will coordinate with assigned coaches, Content Specialists, Funder Experts, and Outcome Directors.
Newcap Inc. - Funder Expert
Location(s): Shawano
The Funder Expert is responsible for having expert knowledge of all rules that must be followed for grants and other contracts. This position is responsible for ensuring that the processes for each assigned grant/program are being met and are on target. Funder Experts will contribute to the overall development and execution of the compliance monitoring plan and perform periodic status reporting to carious leadership and senior leadership groups. Funder Experts will coordinate with assigned coaches, Content Specialists, Funder Experts, and Outcome Directors.
Newcap Inc. - Landlord Relationship Facilitator
Location(s): Shawano
The Landlord Relationship Facilitator will assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at-risk to move into permanent housing by working closely with prospective landlords, partner landlords, program participants, and partner agencies. Conduct outreach and provide educational information regarding subsidies, security deposit assistance, support the property owner/manager from a single point of contact, cost savings via tenant turnover.
Newcap Inc. - Lead Client Support Specialist
Location(s): Shawano
The Lead Client Support Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Newcap’s Interim Housing programming. They will be responsible for assisting clients residing at the Interim Housing site maintain their interim housing placement and promote clients to achieve their dreams. Additionally, they will provide independent living skills instruction. Lead Client Support Specialist will coordinate with assigned coaches, Content Specialists, and Outcome Directors.
