General Overview of Job:
Under the general supervision of the Retail Manager, the purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of the coffee shop, which includes staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction and guaranteeing compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities encompass delivering excellent customer services, maintaining quality control, managing inventory and ordering, as well as handling daily deposits and cash register preparations. The Coffee Shop Manager should possess knowledge of food services and point of sale equipment, and may also serve as a Barista when necessary. Additionally, the Coffee Shop Manager will be responsible for training new employees and collaborating closely with the Retail Manager to aid in menu development, updates, and overall marketing and promotion of the coffee shop.
