Kersen Accounting in Shawano is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant.

Hours: January-April (55 hours a week with overtime paid on hours over 40 at a rate of time and a half)

Monday to Thursday 8:00a-6:00p

Friday 8:00a-4:00p

Saturdays 8:00a-Noon

May-December

Monday to Thursday 8:00a-4:00p

Rotating Fridays of 8:00a-Noon (about one Friday a month)

Position Wage $12-17 an hour based on experience and benefits offered after three months of working at full time.

This position requires a college degree in Administrative, Office Assistant, or Accounting Assistant.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant for Kersten Accounting has excellent customer service skills. This individual will maintain the front desk of the office and be the first point of contact with clients.

Assisting clients at the front desk with picking up their documents and checking in documents as they are dropped off at our office.
Backup to phone answering as needed with your main focus being clients face to face who are in the office.3
Maintaining our system of checking in documents
Schedule Appointments
Responding timely to clients emails
Assisting with the accurate assembly of client tax returns and calling clients for picking up
Guiding clients during the check out process of tax returns and collecting payments.
Supporting Accountants as needed
Helping Accountants who are in meeting maintenance their schedule and stay on time

Pay: $12.00 – $17.00 per hour
