Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate loading weekly data into Access database for the PEAK embryo program and partner herds
  • Generate and distribute reports from access weekly
  • Update animal movement and other pertinent information for males and females in Genetic databases
  • Order breed association documentation
  • Update SOPs as processes evolve
  • Assist in invoice reconciliation
  • Assist PEAK Genetics team with various projects

Knowledge & Experience

  • Must be proficient at using Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Dairy cattle background preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Must have good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated to perform daily duties
  • Must have strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment


  • Preferred to have a technical degree related to the dairy industry or higher education or relevant dairy experience
