NATIVE AMERICAN PLANT MEDICINES WALK ON THE TRAIL
June 30, 2026 @ 6 pm - 7 pm
Learn about native plants Native Americans have used as medicines.

The walk will begin at the Red Covered Bridge in Bowler, led by Misty Cook, author of "Medicine Generations: Natural Native American Medicines Traditional to the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans Tribe". Participants will learn about the medicines growing all around the Mountain Bay Trail. Cook will talk about the history, identification, gathering, drying, preservation and usage of these Medicines from the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans Tribe.

Round trip distance will be a half mile.
