Health & Wellness Fair
Date: Feb. 25, 2026

There are approximately 500 students in 5th through 12th grade and an unknown number of community members. If you are bringing items to share, keep these numbers in mind, so as not to run out. At other school wellness fairs we've attended, the booths with small giveaways tend to have more visitors! Stickers, small pieces of candy, pencils, fidgets, etc are very popular with students and adults! 
 
Table and chairs will be provided. Bottles of water are available at the check in desk.
 
Doors will open at 11 am to set up in new High School gym. Please bring identification, as you will have to sign in at the New Gym Entrance, on the west side of the campus, Door A.
 
Welcome message to organizations will begin at 11:50 am. 
 
Students will visit the fair for the following rolling schedule:
GRADE and TIME
5th and 6th Grade
12:00 - 12:30 pm 7th and 8th Grade
12:30 - 1:00 pm 9th Grade
1:00 - 1:30 pm 10th Grade
1:30 - 2:00 pm 11th Grade
2:00 - 2:30 pm 12th Grade
2:30 - 3:00 pm

Dinner Break 3:00 - 4:00 pm
Community 4:00 - 6:00 pm
 
The dinner menu has not been decided yet. If you have any special dietary restrictions, please let us know.
 
To register, please reply to this email with your organization name, contact name, contact email (if different from sent address), and number of people staying for free dinner. Please register by Monday, February 9th.
