Gerry Sloan, born in Dundalk, Ireland, grew up in a politically aware environment, shaped by his family's pub, Century. An avid sportsman and outdoor pursuits instructor, he developed a passion for rugby, eventually moving to Australia before settling in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1994. There, he led the local Celtic rugby team to success while cultivating a love for music inspired by Irish artists. Though initially hesitant to perform, Gerry became a popular figure at festivals and local venues, blending his Irish roots with American influences. -

The School District of Bonduel is hosting its Inaugural Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 at Bonduel High School and would love to have your organization represented at this fair!
The Wellness Fair will be held in two parts:
from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm for 5th through 12th grade students, and a second opportunity for the community from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Dinner will be provided free for organizations between 3:00 and 4:00 pm to allow organizations a chance to network with each other and enjoy a relaxing meal.
To register, please reply to this email with your organization name, contact name, contact email (if different from sent address), and number of people staying for free dinner.

Annual Trail Fun Run/Walk at Navarino Nature Center

Get back to nature and run down the trails of Navarino! New in 2025 and 2026 are 2 new boardwalks that are 8ft wide spanning across the both bogs at Navarino. Run or walk the trail past some mud, over tree roots, across boardwalks over marshes and bogs, through forests and prairies, and raise funds for environmental education at the same time. Welcome to the Navarino Trail Run / Walk! This event helps to support a wonderful non-profit that provides educational programs to 3,000 students and over 15,000 adults annually. You're also supporting improvements to the trails that you enjoy walking or running!
Staff and volunteers will time participants, in addition to your self timing. The nature center will have a timing display available. All participants will receive a participant medal.
