Member so the Wisconsin National Guard will conduct the testing

Stay in your vehicle; test is done within your vehicle

Wear a cloth or surgical mask when you come to the testing site

Testing is available for those ages 5 and older, parent or guardian must accompany any minor aged 5-17 to consent to testing

Digital registration may be done on your device or someone will assist you, please follow registration instructions at the time of the test

Stay home while waiting for test results.
