Did you Know??
Records show a Shawano-based agricultural cooperative formed in 1931 to market north-central Wisconsin dairy products. Growing to a world-wide market force, the cooperative changed its name from Badger Cooperative to Consolidated Badger Cooperative and then to Morning Glory Farms in 1985. This site is currently the Nueske Corporate Office Building at 203 North Genesee Street.
Artifacts from the “Badger Plant”. See a payroll ledger from the Wittenberg creamery dated 1914 – 1922.
This plant was located at the corner of Webb Street & Grand Avenue in what is now the Old Antique Building.
