Shawano Friends of Hospice would like to invite you to an important program designed to help individuals and families talk about end of life issues and then make necessary plans. This is a free event for our community.

Registration: 9:30am
Presentation 10am – 3pm. lunch included with pre-registration. Walk-Ins welcome (lunch not included)
3pm – 5pm staff to assist anyone wanting help filling out documents.
